Services Provided
TerraGreen Asheville Artificial Grass provides artificial grass installation services for residential and commercial properties in Asheville, NC and surrounding areas. Our services include site preparation, artificial grass installation, maintenance advice, and related landscaping work. All services are subject to availability and may vary based on your specific project requirements.
Quotes and Pricing
All quotes provided are estimates based on the information you provide and our initial site assessment. Final pricing may vary depending on site conditions, material availability, and project scope changes. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if project specifications change after the initial quote is provided.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. Typically, we require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon project completion. We accept various payment methods including cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to additional fees as outlined in your service agreement.
Cancellations and Refunds
If you need to cancel your project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made after materials have been ordered or work has begun may be subject to cancellation fees to cover costs already incurred. Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been ordered for your specific project.
Warranties and Guarantees
We stand behind the quality of our work and materials. Installation workmanship is guaranteed for one year from the date of completion. Artificial grass products carry manufacturer warranties that vary by product line. We will provide you with all applicable warranty information for your chosen materials. Warranties do not cover damage caused by improper use, neglect, or normal wear and tear.
Limitation of Liability
TerraGreen Asheville Artificial Grass will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, material shortages, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Property Access and Site Preparation
You agree to provide clear access to the work area and ensure that the site is ready for installation as discussed during our consultation. This includes removing any obstacles, relocating pets, and ensuring that underground utilities have been marked if excavation is required. We are not responsible for damage to unmarked utilities or obstacles not disclosed prior to installation.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of TerraGreen Asheville Artificial Grass or used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website without written permission.
